There is a club radio with external speaker so people gathered at the club can listen primarily on our CTAF frequency which is 127.1
Although this should be turned off at the end of the flying day, it serves a very useful purpose when flying activities are taking place.
There are two components, the receiver and the intercom/speaker component which takes the sound output and transfers it to the speakers mounted outside the entrance to the club.
The instructions below are for setting the frequency to our CTAF frequency in case these settings on the Uniden receive have been changed.
Once set up there should be no need to change or carry out the instructions above. You can of course do a radio check with another radio before committing to making the changes above. And if you do make changes, please do a radio check and make sure that the Uniden receiver has been set to hold on the CTAF frequency.

Manually Selecting a Channel
We may have already done this, but channel 1 should be dedication to our CTAF frequency 127.1
